Steve raises £2000 for Charity
The Bobby Moore Cancer Research Charity is now a lot richer thanks to the efforts of local football coach Steve Heighton. Steve has raised £2000 in the last year from his employers support and by organising a football match on Cup final day between the Paddox Vets and the Victoria Vets. As a West Ham supporter the Bobby Moore Charity was the obvious charity to choose. Steve added ‘ The work done in research and support is vital in tacking this killer decease .Bobby Moore himself fought back when he contracted testicular cancer and its crucial the charity continues with its excellent work’.
